Summary of Weekly Real Estate Transactions for the Week Ending 17 March 2023'
Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 10 billion in total during the week ending 17 March 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,903.
208 plots were sold for AED 1.12 billion, 2,906 apartments and villas were sold for AED 6.25 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Jadaf sold for AED 38.5 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 37 million in Al Jadaf, and a land sold for AED 38.5 million in Al Jadaf in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 88 sales transactions worth AED 232.71 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 22 sales transactions worth AED 72.92 million, and MADINAT HIND 4 with 20 sales transactions worth AED 25 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for AED 150 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 80 million in Island 2, and thirdly it was a sold for AED 65 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.17 billion, with the highest being a land in Jabal Ali First, mortgaged for AED 229 million.
341 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 548 million.
