Career fair to provide business conglomerate a platform to show support for Emiratisation & Nafis Programme

Abu Dhabi, October 24, 2021 - Al Masaood Group, the Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate operating in the automotive, power, construction and logistics fields will join the 2021 edition of Tawdheef, the leading Emiratisation and Career Development event for UAE Nationals, as it seeks to attract top Emirati talents to be a part of its workforce.

Al Masaood’s participation in Tawdheef, which will be held on October 27–29, 2021 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), reflects its efforts to attract more Emirati job seekers for an array of technical and non-technical positions across its companies and divisions, and build an attractive and appealing work culture for them. This commitment highlights Al Masaood’s efforts to offer valuable learning and career growth opportunities for the nation’s youth and falls in line with the government’s Emiratisation goal and local talent enhancement programme ‘Nafis’.

Bothaina Al Ali, Head of Emiratisation at Al Masaood Group, said: “We are on the lookout for qualified UAE nationals who are willing to join and thrive at Al Masaood’s various companies and divisions.  The three-day event will enable us to screen eligible Emirati candidates and shed light on the benefits of being part of the Al Masaood Group family and the various training programmes that we offer in-house to hone the skills of our nation’s youth.”

“At Al Masaood, we provide regular training, and internship opportunities to help boost Abu Dhabi’s shift to a knowledge-based economy that is led by highly skilled UAE nationals. We are committed to be actively involved in the professional growth of all our employees through programmes that constantly strengthen and refine their skills,” Al Ali added.

The UAE government’s Emiratisation policies and local talent enhancement programme Nafis aim to increase the Emirati nationals’ participation in the public and private sectors and support their career growth and development. Now in its 15th year, Tawdheef advances these objectives by matching the human resource requirements of cross-industry organisations with qualified Emirati talents.
