Sharjah, 25 August 2021:  Sharjah is set to turn into a bargain-hunting hotspot for 10 days when the Summer Sale 2021 gets under way at Expo Centre Sharjah from August 26.

With schools reopening and travel rules eased, leading retailers and brands are ready to welcome back crowds with attractive offers and discounts on a variety of products including back-to-school essentials, home appliances and furniture, electronics, footwear, lifestyle, toys and clothing.
“The retail industry is ready for a take-off given that students are going to resume classes after a year’s remote learning and schools are preparing to welcome them back, sending demand for back-to-school essentials soaring. Travel restrictions have been further eased, facilitating hassle-free return of residents as summer holidays come to an end. These are among the key factors that are sure to fire up sales this season,” said H.E. Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO, Expo Centre Sharjah.

With consumer spending seeing a positive trend in the past few months, the retail sector in the country is also eager to take advantage of the momentum and will be going all-out to woo shoppers with new products, latest trends, offers and discounts.

Organized by Expo Centre Sharjah in partnership with Liz Exhibitions, the Summer Sale 2021 will be a shopping extravaganza that will run until September 4. The participants include some of the country’s well-known brands and retailers such as Brand Bazzaar, Aldo Accessories, Aeropostale, Splash, Home Style, Call It Spring, CCC, Toms, OGIN77, Nine West, Gant, Aldo, Wrangler, Fila and Skechers, KIABI, Play Smart, Aster Pharmacy, Lasenza among others.

“We are proud to associate with Expo Centre Sharjah for yet another event. The Summer Sale 2021 will transform Expo Centre Sharjah into a shoppers’ paradise for 10 exciting days from this Thursday until September 4. This will be unmissable opportunity for residents and visitors to grab incredible discounts and offers on a wide range of products from some of the most sought-after brands and retailers in the country,” said Mr Jacob Varghese, event partner, Liz Exhibitions.
The Summer Sale 2021 will be open from 11 am to 11 pm on all days with an entry fee of Dhs 5 and free parking. Children below 12 enter for free.
