Abu Dhabi, UAE, - 24 February 2021:  Al-Futtaim’s Trading Enterprises - Volvo has announced the inauguration of a new state-of-the-art aftersales centre in Abu Dhabi, renewing its commitment to better serve the brand’s customers in the UAE capital. Located on the popular auto stretch in Al Musaffah Industrial Area, the new Volvo Service Centre marks a new milestone in Trading Enterprises – Volvo’s customer care in the Emirate.  

Committed to offering a premium ownership experience, Trading Enterprises – Volvo’s new service facility will boast the brand’s global standards. Providing Volvo’s exclusive SERVICE 2.0, the new facility promises Volvo car owners an unbeatable combination of quality, reassurance and expertise including a personal service contact, Volvo genuine service and peace of mind, vehicle health check and free software upgrade when available and Volvo roadside assistance, and alternative transport shuttle service.

The state-of-the-art facility reflects the values and commitment of Al Futtaim Trading Enterprises - Volvo towards providing convenient, undisrupted, and high-standard automotive services to our customers.”


Volvo’s new aftersales centre boasts a highly skilled team of Volvo trained technicians who use the latest diagnostics equipment to deliver a higher standard of service. Equipped with six service bays, the aftersales centre exclusively features a multi-level parking for vehicles in service, an air-conditioned drive-in and interactive customer reception, and an air-conditioned state of the art workshop. Featuring a comfortable customer lounge, Volvo’s Aftersales Centre in Al Musaffah is considered as a one-stop location for service, body repair and Volvo Genuine Parts.


To ensure high levels of safety and convenience, the new Trading Enterprises – Volvo Service Centre will incorporate extra measures to protect customers and employees, ensuring alternative payment options are offered to customers and social distancing is maintained throughout the service process. All team members will be wearing disposable masks and gloves, while the entire facility will be regularly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day to keep everybody visiting and working in the service centre safe in the current conditions.


In addition, Trading Enterprises – Volvo service team will install disposable floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel covers before carrying out the service. Prior to handing over the cars to customers, all touchpoints inside the car will be wiped down and sanitized; this includes door handles, armrest, gear shifter, ignition switch, parking brake release, dashboard, instrument cluster, window and mirror controls.
