
One Day Course in Dealing with and Managing Difficult Stakeholders
July 19, 2018: Skyline University College has welcomed 24 participants from Nigeria for the One Day Course in Dealing With and Managing Difficult Stakeholders on June 27, 2018 at SUC Campus.
The resource speakers of the program were SUC Head of Academics-School of Business, Dr. Ajith Kumar; Head of Academics-School of Information Technology, Dr. Deepak Kalra; and Professor, Dr. Amitabh Upadhya. During their respective sessions, the speakers covered the topics of Stakeholders Requirements and Basic Concepts of Attitude, Personality, and Perception; Conflict Management and Strategies in Handling Difficult Stakeholders; and Role of Emerging Technologies and Social Media.
At the end of the program, each participant was awarded with a certificate for successfully completing the course.
